basically just pick the category you want to post in and select create a new post. ask what you want and submit it, but watch what you post because the moderators will like look at it and decide if its appropriate.

You have to read the guidelines for each thread. They list what types of questions/information is approved appropriate or not. If you are still having trouble don't be afraid to ask. Welcome btw :)
