On the onset and through puberty, it is quite common to be curious for the same gender. It doesn't mean that you're gay or it's just a phase, what you'll develop from there does.

I wouldn't immediately throw the word gay in as you do show interest in the opposite sex.

Has your interest been going on for a long while?
