anyway...if you saw a guy and he only had one testicle would you laugh at or break up with the guy? like if everything else was good...?

Idk what I would do, I would try to just ignore it cuz I would hate it if someone made fun of me for that. It's something that cannot be changed so it's not right to make fun of that.

I thought they put a fake one in to keep your sac normal. A friend of mine lost one in a nut cup incident playing hockey and he has two balls but only one is real.

That's an optional procedure, and only for appearance. The body doesn't require two testicles (real or fake) to function.

Yeah, what TommyM said. Plus I guess the doctors say you can't really get one until your done growing in the nut department which I'm not. That is unless you want to change every year or w/e. When I was 1 they told my parents to just talk to me about it then (like late teens or w/e) I guess.

Yes, shallow people will make fun of it. Respectful people will not....but they may ask questions, and you should be prepared to answer them.

And since respect is not a strong suit for people in your age group, you may want to save yourself the grief and wait to expose it until your peers are more mature.
