A few days ago I got like 15 inbox from people asking me to stop sending them requests to like pages. So yesterday I went over to my friends house and he asked why I was sending these requests, invitations or what ever to win a gold iPhone 5s and another was for leaked nude photos/videos. Has this happened to anyone else?
And if so what is it?
I also log out of my account every night, I have a ridiculous password which I doubt anyone would guess (I had to write it down and tape it under my desk and i still forget it)
So yeah there is .01% chance that i've been hacked.
So please if someone could tell me what is happening I would be real greatful.

Sometimes applications (not pages) automatically send requests to people without you knowing it, you can check the applications that your account has gone to and disable them.

Exactly what David said. A lot of Facebook games send requests automatically without you acknowledging it. To disable this, go to Settings > App Settings. There you will have a list of all the Apps you have. One by one, click Edit and set visibility to only me.

Copy that again. Sometimes malicious apps will take control of your account - before you launch any app it will always ask for certain permissions, eg. messaging, posting to others' walls, posting on your behalf etc. Which we always ignore :)

You can manage the app permissions in your settings and remove permissions for any strange looking apps.
