Being broken and being shattered are two very different things. Broken is like snapping the lead on the end of your pencil. You can fix that, all you have to do is find another thing who can sharpen it. Shattered is a vase being dropped from the roof of a skyscraper onto the sidewalk below, there's no chance of that being put back together and looking like it did before. I am that vase, except I've been dropped from that skyscraper more than once.
Anyone else relate to this?

Hate to say it but your incorrect. Something that is shattered can be put back together again, it just takes a lot more effort than if something were broken. Your right it won't be the same as it was before, but hey, it's better fixed and whole again than shattered on the sidewalk right? And I would have to bet that if you have been dropped off this skyscraper more than once, you had to have been somewhat whole to be carried all the way back up there. If you were fixed once, you can be fixed again. All it takes is a change in perspective and the effort to build yourself up again. I have faith in you, if you rebuilt yourself once, you can do it again!

I can relate. Life damages us all, some more than others. You can be fixed but no, you won't ever be the same. But that's not always bad. We learn things from our experiencesand tthat's what shapes us as individual beings.
