I wouldn't mention it to her, but I have to ask... is it in a situation that you wouldn't be the only one seeing everything? Like, is she wearing shorts or something that expose herself to more people than just you? Because then you might have one of her friends that you trust mention it to her, just to save her the embarrassment of everyone seeing her privates.
