Can't agree with you more man. That shit is gross. It probably hurts like hell and feels really uncomfortable until you get used to it (if it's even possible to get used to having a lump of steel in your pants).

I'm a fan. I've been with a few guys who have PAs or frenum piercings, and it definitely adds something. I've been with a few girls with hood piercings and it really seemed to make a difference to them. Genital piercings are placed specifically to enhance the sexual experience, not for looks. I'm planning a double VHP as a graduation present to myself.

A person with keloidal skin (mispelled). Some cannot get piercings without tumors growing in the piercing's place. It is a sign of infection. I myself find piercings okay, just not on me. It's the person's choice.

However, while an infection in the ear can be annoying, and possibly serious, it will certainly be serious if something like this happened on the genitals.

The point of male genital piercings has more to do with sexual pleasure than it does appearance. Firstly, it makes the penis a lot more sensitive, which makes sex more pleasurable. Secondly, apparently it makes penetrative sex more pleasurable for your partners.
