Physically, not that I'm aware of. The only way is to believe if he's telling the truth or not, or by experienced he seems.

You literally can't be sure if a guy is or not. Obviously, a girl's broken hymen can tell you if she is, but a dude doesn't have that, or anything to be broken to tell if he is still a virgin. Right now, I could tell you I've never fucked, or I could tell you I've fucked so many times, I lost count. Either way, you can't physically tell.
