my scrotum and at times my pubic arrea itch as usual... but they itch to the point of me staying up at night. im going INSANE. its not jock itch or fungus and iv tried powder creams and new sheets. what can i do for at least tonight?

All I can say is maybe have a shower and wash it well, don't wear thick or tight underpants and try to keep cool, heat I imagine can only make it worse. That's all I can think of, sorry I'm not much help. If it bothers you see a doctor or go to a chemist and ask for a rash cream or something, good luck tonight though.

I don't know your age, but during puberty the scrotum skin gets more wrinkled and hair grows down there, and it can get a bit itchy. Keep the area cool and clean, avoid touching it and use confortable underwear.

I guess if you are at the early stages of puberty it does get itchy. I remember as my hair started to grow down there it was itchy a lot. My dad noticed I was scratching a lot and made a comment *nicely* that I must be starting puberty and explained that it gets itchy when the hair starts to grow. Now when I shave my crotch, for a few days after it gets itchy again. I just mostly trim now to avoid the 'itchy feeling'. Totally normal if hairs are just starting to grow. It will stop itching when the hair grows in.

Using lotion to make sure the skin isn't dry can help, and also keeping good hygiene with showers every day of course. If it persists for more than a week i would say you need to see a doctor. :)

I would say the same. Use some dry skin cream or something similar, and just overall give it a good wash.

Try not scratching then ask one of your parents? I mean that's what you probably can only do.
