Maybe not, because during puberty some boys do have this problem. When you're older, say around 18-19 or so or whenever puberty and adolescence ends, and you still can't get it back or hurts, you should see the doctor about something like that. There's a name on the thing you're experiencing, but I can't remember it right now. I don't think, personally, that you should. It's perfectly normal at this point.

to you loosen up and keep your foreskin. When it is completely

Hey man just do what I did, remove your frenulum and that can help, I never had a problem with my foreskin or anything I just wanted my frenulun removed because I just wanted to know what it felt like lol and I did myself ;) :P

I agree with the others that your problem happens to a lot of guys, and you are definitely not alone. I think you should see a doctor/urologist first and let them evaluate what's going on. For a lot of guys there's this prescription cream you can get that can loosen up your foreskin. If that does not work, then you probably have to be cut. However, getting cut should be the last resort especially since any type of surgery does involve discomfort. Talk to your doctor first, and chances are you can get relief for your problem. Definitely don't live with a tight foreskin because it will only get worse over time as your penis grows.

I would agree with this. A Doc would only recommend circumcision in cases where there are major issues. Docs have cream that can help too. stretching can also be practiced, and it helps when you're wet (eg in shower). Don't over doit (if you get a lot of pain for example)

No, dont get cut, you will regret it. My 15 year old friend had to be cut at 13 from a bad zipper injury that went septic, and he says its nowhere near as good to wank with. Try stretching in the bath, or if you really have to, ask the doctor to get your banjo string (frenulum) remover, or get your forskin notched slightly so you can stretch it more. There are plenty of options, mke sure you try them all before doing the drastic thing and getting cut :)

If you want to because it's easier to jack off, then go ahead, but what you could do to loosen your foreskin is to pull your head out of the foreskin completely when you piss and just play around with the foreskin, kind of stretching it so it'll be looser. Just try it for about a month or two and then make your decision. Plus, during puberty, it's more of a likely chance for it to be tight, as you get older, it could loosen up on it's own, but doing what I suggested would help it.

As you say that when you masturbate you get the skin to the point where it is tight and slightly painful I think this will resolve itself by your skin stretching naturally. If that does not happen then a steroid cream would be the next thing to try - depending on where you live you may have to get that from your doctor. Circumcision or other surgery should be a last resort.

In my opinion you should wait a little longer, your foreskin will stretching gradually without surgery. How old are you?... Are you a sexually active?

Chronically tight foreskin is a medical condition called phimosis. As far as treatment, doctors can prescribe a steroid cream if its necessary. There also is frenulum surgery that can be performed if that's what's causing the problem.
