Crying

An hour ago I was eating dinner when all of a sudden I burst out crying.i don't know why but I did and went to my room.why was I crying do you do that ? Whenever someone asks what's wrong I cry again . Is this hormones ?

Yes I used to do this back when I was 13 and over the years...it will pass, just remember it's not you....it's your hormones

I have done so but it passes, was there any stress from the past few weeks that u could have bottled up if so then that is why

Puberty causes some strange hormonal reactions, don't worry you'll get past it.

Yeah, that's never happened to me but it's just hormones. I read in some health thing a while back, that it's your body's first time experiencing these hormones and it's basically "testing them".
