On the note of religion that can be disputed amongst various religions. As for your frequency, no you are not addiction, addiction would occur if, your masturbation prevented you from doing things u needed or wanted to do.

I'm not religious and don't feel guilty. I usually do it 2 to 3 times a day so you're not addicted

I think the way it is supposed to go is - anything that is
not purely spiritual is a sin of the flesh or w/e. So masturbating
is one of a bazillion "sinful" things. If you did it 3 times a day
that would still be normal.

If it's a sin, my health teacher must be wrong in telling us it's natural and probably 'unhealthy not to masturbate'.

I know in the Catholic church, because I'm its member, that masturbation is a sin but I can't not to do it, unfortunately. It's sin because it's not showing your love to a person so it's kinda selfish. And I think it's ok if you're not watching porn or thinking dirty.
Don't worry! You're sure not addicted.

Well it's needed some times but you should not do it a lot.because it has implication
If you are religious yes it is a sin and one of the big ones. Because it is considers as self harm and killing your own children.

Wouldnt that include having sex with your wife say if you used a condom or she was on the pill? Because even then your "killing" your own children...same prinicpal isnt it?

It's not a sin, it is totally natural. Once a day doesn't mean you are addicted unless it gets in the way of other things.

A better example would be having sex when she is already pregnant or when she is like 50 years old...

Of course it's a sin - for those, who define it as a sin.
They have a poor choice between hell and hell:
Living all day horny as hell... or going to hell after death.

I am a Catholic and many Catholics think that it is a sin while it is not, the Bible does not say anything about masturbation. The famous story about Onan is describing an interrupted sexual act, which is a sin. Watching pornography, however, is a sin, and so is lusting for someone.
