So today i was with my whole family for Christmas and my cousin had his shirt off and he has a nice body and i was kinda attracted to him...is this normal? has anyone else had these feeling about a cousin of theirs before?

Yeah, it's normal, and I would not worry about it. Hormones are weird, and they will make guys attracted to anything including cousins. As long as you don't do anything with him, then you're fine. It is all right if you find him attractive, and there's nothing wrong for thinking that.
