horse stance:hold for 30 minutes
conditioning:making your hands harder and taking more hits
marcy weights with handles:try to hold them out as long as u can-5 pounds will kill your arms no matter how much mucle u have

jar training(makiwara):hold 50 pounds with your finger tips and cant drop it

bench:40+45 pound bar

curl: 44lbs
max curl: don't max out on curls… that'd be pointless.

bench: 330lbs for working sets generally
Max bench: 400lbs x2

Squat: 485lbs x5
Max squat: 525lbs x1

Deadlift: 495lbs x5
Max deadlift: 550lbs x2

how much do you weigh: 230lbs 12-14% body fat

Why do you lift: Plan to compete in the next few years, used to lift for girls then realised that was immature and started doing it for myself.
