Christmas has always been the hardest time of the year for me. I really hate breaks, I would rather work or be in school unable to stop and think about my life. Breaks are hard for me especially Christmas. The first Christmas I spent in the house i'm currently living in occurred right after my first suicide attempt and right before my second. Christmas is always hard and every time I go a long time without cutting It gets ruined in December. I went 11 weeks and ruined it Wednesday and again last night. Christmas is when I feel the most vulnerable. I need to stop, but with everything going on I don't know how.

I know what you mean.
I like it in one sense - but mainly I just want it
to be over with and go back to my usual routine.
I have felt really depressed the last two Christmas seasons.

Maybe that's because at this time of year, you reconsider every aspects of your life.
And it's scary, because you have to face what's going wrong in it : TV shows, publicities, everything reminds you how people around seem to be happier than you. But it's a BIG illusion.
You're not alone, Survivor, there are people down here who totally understand your feeling.
