It's happened to me before and it's alright if you're friends, even better if you like them back but otherwise it's a little weird but flattering nevertheless. I think it generally depends on the girl.

Funny, I've dealt with something similar... it was a guy that I've seen before, but didn't know at all. He eventually started leaving me alone and now totally tries to avoid me.

I would probably giggle at first coz i guess if someone like came str8 out and said that to me i would be like What?? then i guess i would be kinda embarrassed... If i liked him back then it would be awesome but if it was just like a complement then i would be flattered.... :O)

I'd freak out and try to avoid him at all costs. Seriously, how can you be sure that you love someone if you don't actually know them. If this happened to me I would probably think he was joking or something.

yeah if I barely know him, I would say "thank you, but maybe you should get to know me better?" it's weird for someone you don't hang out with or know very well to tell you that he loves you.

There is a huge difference between telling someone you like them and telling someone you love them. If you're actually considering that, I would go with "like", at least at first, but after you get to know the person, at least a little bit.

I would find that weird, honestly. Especially if I didn't know him. I'd probably ask him how he knew that he loved me without even knowing me.

That's actually happened to me, but always from friends. I've gotten it from 3 different guys who I'm close with, and two of the times I just laughed it off and told them I loved them too. They said it in a friendly way though, not in a creepy way.

It happened to me once, but the guy was joking. I just made a face like "haha that's funny" and left. I don't think anyone has asked me out for real, though I like a boy and he likes me too, just that right now we're friends.

I would say (instead of freaking out): "Sorry, I don't know you". But if it's a joke, I'd say: "You don't even know what I'm passing through. Thanks for making me feel worse". That can kick his assh***.
Now OFF-TOPIC.
It's weird to ask someone out the same day they meet you. Maybe he wants to fall in love with you (for example) but that's not true love. Love happens from time to time.
