Nude pictures are only illegal if they are of minors, as they are considered child pornography, which, we can all agree, is a terrible thing. Watching porn in public is actually not illegal. It's most likely not allowed in public places because it makes other people uncomfortable. I'd be disgusted if I saw some dude watching porn in the middle of a public park where children are around. The same goes for erections, nobody wants to see that shit, it's gross. As for looking at people in changing rooms, c'mon, man, people want to change in private. You have no right to look at people undress, unless they want you to.

Most of the things you seem to be enraged about are illegal and frowned upon because it's just common decency to not do them. You have the freedom to watch porn, exchange nude pictures, and get erections in your own home.

Could the issue of nudity (public/resorts) also pertain to this. Honestly I don't know why porn is illegal. As you said it is the human body, we all have it, and we should be proud instead of hiding it. I do agree that porn and children do not mix in any way, shape, or form. Regular porn really wasn't my thing, but of course children especially in their teens are going to see it no matter what.

As Mirman said, you are free to watch porn and look at nude pictures in your own home. Nude places are actually against any sexual contact whether it be physical or if you're staring with a baseball bat sized erection. In fact if one makes it sexual they will ask you to leave, so nude beaches or resorts are not an option. So, with all that said, keep the sexual nudity in your own home.

Laws are based on society and in our society these are taboo subjects, not without good reason. Porn is seen as bad because it gives unrealistic body images/images of sex but more importantly because its only fairly recently (Last 20 or so years) that people began to steer away from the church so it is probably still ingrained by the Church that pre-marital sex is wrong, and I'll be damned if those porn stars only do it with their hubbies. I would be disgusted if someone was watching porn in public, its inappropriate because children could be around. Errections aren't seen as bad in school they are seen as embarrassing, therefore people make fun of people with them.

Looking at people in the changing rooms IS pervy, because the person you are watching gave no concent for you to look at them while they get changed. People expect that kind of privacy. Mostly, when someone says what you can and can't do its usually for the best. Pornography is not illegal, just to those under 18, then again most horny boys don't follow that law. :P Anyway, its just what society makes it to be, its like a woman wanting to walk around top-less, some feel its the same as a man, others think, "oh my lord, look at her, those need to be cover", blah blah blah. It shouldn't be frowned upon (and I mean regular not child porn) but its just how society makes it out to be as I said, but honestly theres a time and place for that, and in public is a no in my opinion.

Kids don't realize the amount of trouble it can get them in. That's why it has to be illegal. More importantly, having it illegal makes it far easier to find and prosecute adults who are using children as sex slaves or as underage prostitutes.
