I would doubt that. I have pubes spreading to my thighs and I know for certain that I am not near the end.

Oh, and I have the pubes moving to the thighs, perfectly normal. And of course, if you dont like it, just shave it off.

Its normal, I'm starting to get that now, as you get older you may start to get hair on most parts of your body
