Halo killed em. Halo became a super popular game to play with your friends ironically it had couch co-op and now most of the popular shooters do not have couch co-op which pisses me off.

There was an HD remake of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tony_Hawk%27s_Pro_Skater_HD) released in 2012. However, because "due to poor reviews and sales of recent games in the series" the series has died out, sort of in the fashion of Rock Band and Guitar Hero. I haven't seen a Skate game since 2010, either.

I still play them, Along with Zelda, mario, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, as well as a lot of other classics. modern Shooters are boring in my HO, but it doent stop the old Greats being Great !
