Hey, I used to have this friend. His name was dakota. We were like, medium friends, he just seemed gloomy. He always ttalked about stuff like robbing cars and weird stuff, but he never did it. I glad for that. But one day were about to go on a field trip and i forgot a lighter in my coat pocket from fourth of july. and this kid "i thought was my friend" so, knowing he liked lighters, i gave him the lighter "to my bad judgement" and told him not to do anything stupid with it. I had no idea what came over me. What made me do this idiotic descision. So he begins doing really stupid stuff, like lighting, burning paper, and i couldnt beleive he was stupid enough to do this. I tried to take it back but he wouldnt let me. He like snapped into this monster. so hes being an idiot witht he lighter and i just figure "forget about it, itll be fine, its not mine anymore" But i couldnt stop worrying, then the search goes out. Everyone isfrantic to find this lighter, so he comes up with thhis intricate plan and makes me lye to the teachers on pupose and says "whatever you do do not tell them the truth" so i beleived him and continued to lie. One day the principal calls me out into the hall and says "were did the lighter come from?" and i told the lie. She says "well thats not what dakota admitted to. So he snitched me out when i trusted him. I got in extremely deep trouble. I almost got expelled, my friend did. And now hes getting all clingy, he moved to another county next to this one, but hwe wont stop calling me and asking if he could come over He doesnt realize the hurt that he has caused me and continues about like nothing happened. How do I get rid of him?!?! I hate him but i dont like being mean. He ruined a good portion of my life considering im grounded from fireworks, lighters, grills, matches, anything related to fire, for 5 years. HOW DO I LAY HIM OFF? OH and i apologize if this is int he wrong catagory, didnt quite know which to put it in.
