Sherbert. Mostly because it's healthier. I haven't had either of them in a while though.

What is sherbert ? - if it's the same as fruit sorbet then yes,mango being my favourite flavour.I rarely eat deserts.

I like them both, but I must say that I prefer ice cream. Sorbet is healthier, but ice cream is just... ice cream. So basically perfection.

Main difference? Ice cream is creamy and delicious and tastes great with cakes, pies, fruits, sauces, sprinkles, and those awesome waffle cones. Sorbet is healthier, but it doesn't really go with much. It tastes great in the summer, but isn't any good after it melts, in my opinion.
