Hey guys,
I've not been gaining weight for about a year now despite eating even more food than ever. I'm trying to build myself up but I've reached a plateau of about 10.5 stone. I'm not sure why this is. Is this because of my diet, exercise routine or because of another factor?

It could be all of those.
If you're doing excessive cardio, you're not really going to gain weight. Have you tried lifting weights and stuff? You'll gain muscle doing that. Also, are you eating healthy?

Eat, Work, Sleep.
You can't really achieve any gains without all three.
You need to be eating more calories than you're consuming (of the right foods of course), and you need your sleep so your body can repair and grow.

I eat very healthily but I've been eating more meat than ever. I usually have smoked salmon every day with a portion of meat for dinner every night. I don't do excessive exercise but I do run every week usually on a Sunday.
