am i developing self harm isuses

i have realy bad anger isuses like i dont hurt others or yell or scream i hurt myself i used to just dig my nails into my hand and leave marks thats not so bad right ? but it just kept getting worse i got mad easier sometimes not even knowing why i was mad and when im mad im mad at every thing and everyone even myself but i dont hate myself when im not upset only when im mad but anyways digging my nails into my hands wouldnt work anymore so i started to stab myself with needles but thats all just little spots not like cuts or anything maigor i think i can handle it i dont think that ill hurt myself to bad or cut but am i wrong is this the start of a problem:confused:

Yes, it's the start of a problem. It seems like you're already getting triggered more frequently, which usually comes with more intense forms of SH. It'll honestly only get worse from here, so my advice is to get help now before it gets out of control.

Yes it is the begging of a problem, and dont start cutting or keep on stabbing a beautiful girl like you should be happy , try to control your anger by looking it upon the internet, like thay say yoga and smooth exercises work, but I hope you get better and merry Christmas
