Hiya John....

Yeah; worst feeling ever; ya know?

BTW....you are one of the lucky ones who's body is designed to barf and make you feel miserable.....so miserable that you (might) not do it again.

Others....their system tolerates it better....the agony isn't there. Those are the ones who go on to be alcoholics.

Happy Holidays; Hope you're feeling better.

Best thing to do so you don't get to this point in the future is either eat a little before you drink, it'll slow down the alcohol absorption or eat some bread, pretzels after you already drank it'll absorb it decreasing your chances of hitting that point. That's just my two cents from what I've learned and experienced.

I once drank too much and was sick but at least I know how much I can handle now. So next time I do drink I can enjoy myself without being sick.

Alcohol poisoning is very real and highly dangerous. Not sure why someone wouldn't think so?

I agree, alcohol is far more dangerous that people think. In moderation it's not so bad, but it's important to be aware of how easy it is to overdo it

Be careful, even alcohol poisoning once can easily kill you. :)

It's not a competition? It's all down to your body and environment as to what you can handle.

Yeah alcohol poisoning is dangerous but it's also hard to learn where your limit is until you go past it. Everyone will have bad experiences if they make the choice to drink large amounts it's just part of the deal. You just have to be responsible for yourself don't count on other people to look after you always make sure you're capable to look after yourself. And the minute you think you've overdone it stop drinking and go home. Just be careful.
