Hiding Erections & Misc. Questions

Right, I'm pretty sure this has been asked before, but what do people consider the best way to hide an erection?

Yeah, some people are like "don't bother, just makes you look bigger (heh)", but I'd rather hide it (or be able to hide it when I want to, at least).

Currently I don't really do anything with it (normally I wear briefs, it points down, I get a boner, it stays down and I try to get it to go down...), but I think I've seen that some people point it to either side, or upwards? (Is it fully upwards? I think it'd poke out of the top of my trousers / jeans ("pants") if I did that, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the biggest guy >_> - do I just hide it with my top?)

Also, if anyone's ever worn a school uniform before (I'm from the UK... it's common around here), I'm pretty sure it makes boners really obvious, as the trousers are always a weird sort of shape (pretty much every boy has a major bit of it folded and poking upwards if sitting down, me included, even if I'm not hard as my dick doesn't go into the folded bit, it's just the trousers being annoying).

Oh, also, this might make me seem a bit weird, but to guys with foreskins, have you ever tried keeping it back and just like... walking around, but with it back, fully clothed and everything? I think I've seen somewhere on here that Japanese people do it, and I think the term is "auto circumcision" (doesn't actually involve any cutting...). I do it occasionally.

And... boxers. When I wear them, I absolutely hate the lack of support, and feel like I get boners really frequently (and like they're really obvious). Also, bits tend to stick together. Is there a way to stop this, or is it just... something I have to get used to?

Hi, I'm from the UK too, so I know what you're talking about.

To try and hide a boner, I usually point it up, as I find it's the most comfortable way of hiding it, and it goes away really quickly - it's also easy to put into that position. However, it's more about whatever works for you, so I would try it a few different ways and see what you find most effective.

At my school, we wear blazers as part of are uniform, which hangs over that area, so I've never had a problem with people seeing it, however I do know what you mean and yes, If I don't have my blazer on and just my shirt (I.E. In the summer) it is more obvious if I get a boner - which is why I always keep my blazer on when I'm standing up. When your sitting down, you're also right about the shape of the trousers, but don't worry about this too much because every boy will have the seem problem, and no one can really see it when you're sat down at a table anyway, unless they're deliberately looking at it.

I felt exactly the same about boxers, which is why I now where trunks (boxer briefs) instead as they hold it all together much better, provide better support and mean it doesn't stick out as much when you get a boner. Also, because they are tighter, you don't tend to get bonkers as much anyway because it's not rubbing about on anything as much, so there is less stimulation.

I'm afraid I can't help you on the last one, because although I am uncut, I cannot retract my foreskin. Although I should that what you do is pretty normal anyway and that there's nothing wrong with it, as long as it never gets stuck retracted or anything.

The boxers that I sometimes wear are kinda like boxer briefs, but I have no idea if they actually *are* boxer briefs - I might go see if I can get some, and see if they're at all different.

I also think it'd be kinda difficult to point it up - do you just try to do it over the trousers when no-one's looking, or what? It also (to me, at least) looks more obvious in jeans if I do that, so I'm assuming it would if I did it to school uniform too. I'm usually quite good at making boners go away quickly, but sometimes it's difficult (or should I say hard >_>).

Hi. I wear school uniforms too. I find that the pockets in the trousers make it easier to "quietly fiddle" with an erection when I get one. I tend to point mine up and to the right, as it's the natural direction for me. I like boxers too, as I do like the freedom. In both cases it's all about preferences and practice and just what's comfy for you.

I've tried the pulling of my foreskin back too, like you say, but it very quickly and naturally just goes back again, so I've not really had the felling of wandering around circumcised for the day.

It does tend to roll back anyway, but I think probably less with tight underwear. I think people have said that it gets easier to stay back if you do it for long enough. I've not had that personally, but then I don't do it all the time, and I've done it less recently (I think one of the first times I did it was around 6 months ago...)

We here in south africa tuck in our shirts... So I put my penis in an upwards position, tuck my shirt in, and pull my shorts up. We have blazers, but I hate them with a passion, as I adore the cold mornings of winter here( or at least cold by my standards, I know its much colder in the UK, that's why I wanna go there someday) so I never wear them.

I don't like the sensation of my glans against a speedo( I swim after school. Not as a club or for sport, I like the way water glides over me in a dive... :) ) so I don't do that. My glans is still sensitive, and if I walk it rubs against my speedo.

I normally use speedos or jockeys for underwear, cuz I don't like the tension of briefs, nor do I like the sight of others staring cuz my dick has poked out my boxer to say hi. I prefer him to be a loner.

I see, because our blazers are long enough to cover all of that area and the boy's ones are also loose fitting (maybe they were designed with boners in mind!)

If I were you, I would try some boxer briefs (they call them trunks in Marks and Spencer or Next) as it has definitely worked for me.

Yeah, I just point it up when no one is looking - but that's only because that's what I personally find most effective; if pointing it up isn't effective or is 'hard' ;) for you, then just point it down like you do now - however, I find that uncomfortable. If the top you are wearing is tight fitting, then it is still obvious, but I find it goes away quicker as soon as you start moving, so maybe you could try wearing some looser fitting tops as they mean it doesn't show through as much.

This is the most effective way, I know a small group of people who did a 'survey' when they got erections hiding them in different ways and seeing which got the least attention
