Well my knees are like this but i have had a back problem for a while now, and honesty, it is getting worse and worse but my mum seems to give absolute zero shits about it and doesn't care! But sometimes like right now, the pain is so bad i would happy tear off my back, like i couldn't even walk to bring my plate down because i was in so much pain!
Naturally i cannot click my back, but sometimes i have leant over a chair and heard like 15 pops,, and if i let shower water hit my back that also helps partially for a little while, and standing under the shower with the water hitting my back, seriously it felt SO nice the first time i did it, and by accident, I literally moaned and didn't even mean too!
But medicine, freeze spray, none of it works for me, so is there anything any body else knows?
I'm going to try and see if there are some like back heater things i can use as i know heat is meant to help, I'm also gonna see if a friend or a family is willing to just try and give me a massage, just to help! Like i said my knees also really freaking hurt and sometimes will push me to wanting to stop walking but i am able to keep walking, however my back, constant pain, and with how it is right now, anyway position i am in or no matter what i do, it just hurts so so bad i can't even explain it!

If your back is in pain I would go to a doctor. Your back is a very important part of the skeleton, it supports so much, and needs to be in good shape. If it's painful then best bet would be to get it checked out. If your mother doesn't seem to want to help, then just go to a GP yourself and get them to check it out, provided money isn't an issue there.

Yea, it's better to go to the doctor yourself.

Take this advice.
You don't want to wait around and let a possible problem fester or get worse over time. Bring it up with your mom again, let her know how serious you are about it and how serious the problem is, if she doesn't take interest in it is there any way you can go see a doctor by yourself? I'm not sure exactly how the healthcare system works in the UK when it comes to actually seeing a doctor, but at 17 aren't you able to make the visit yourself?

Hey Mike :)
Yeah at 16 you can go see a doctor by yourself, but the last few times i have been down for other things i have bought this up to him and he says it is "Growing pains", even though i have not grown in like 2-3 years! But it has been bought up multiple times and even the doctor does not seem to bother wanting to help, so that is why i thought I'd ask here :/ I don't mean anything offensive by this but i now VT isn't the best place to ask for some help on something that could paralyse me basically, but, it's all i have left (I'm going to go and see the doctor again when i turn 18 and just hope my age is going to get me somewhere!)

See a doctor. If your doctor is to stupid to help see a diferent one if that cant be done walk into a hospital or even the emergenc room and tell the doctors there about your problem (if you decide on er it has to hurt at that moment) and than they will have to do something.
And take up recreational swimming.

Every time i tried the reception lady got kinda cranky with me and forced me to see him, so I will still wait until i am 18 and just hope the best for my age! If not some others have left good suggestions so i will chose those :)
Speaking of which, thank you everyone for your thoughts, if the different doctor issue goes wrong, I'll need to try them out and you have no idea how greateful i am for it! Thanks :)
