Hi, my name is Jenna and im 13 and 3/4. Well in January i got breast buds. So i think, lol. And Just yesterday some white stuff was on my underwear....what is this? Also im not developed at all in the breasts

As Valerie has already stated, there is no set order for these things to happen in.
Some start their period before they get breasts while others may be the other way around for example.

No, you don't stop growing after you get your period. I got mine at about 10 but my breasts only stopped growing last year.
