yes that is perfectly normal, it is designed to do that in order to keep the sperm at the optimal temperature

Yes that's normal. It's just to keep them at an average temperature.

Okay,I think it feels good when my scrotum is hanging down because my balls whack my cock.

It's normal. When your scrotum gets cool, it tightens up, drawing your balls closer to your body to keep your sperm warm and healthier for reproduction. When your body and scrotum get warm, the scrotum relaxes, allowing your balls to hang low and away from the body so the sperm don't get too warm.
I love low-hanging balls, they're soooo sexy. Mine hang 4" when warm.

I have the same thing happen to me. I notice they are lower when I get out of a warm shower, or stuff that made me warmer.

Yeah, that is the same for me.My scrotum is always hanging very low when I am warm, especially when I get out of a warm shower. Its our scrotums natural way to keep the sperm at the optimal temperature for sex.

It is completely normal and natural. Your body carries out homeostasis, which is basically how your body keeps at optimal conditions for growth and bodily functions to occur. The tightening and relaxing of your scrotum at different temperatures is one of the ways in which your body makes sure that your testicles don't get damaged, and so they can function properly. So basically, yes, it is completely normal and you have nothing to worry about :)

Yeah,I like how my balls hang down when I am warm because when I move,my balls hit my cock and my shorts.

Yes that is normal, its primary purpose is to keep a neutral temperature to produce healthy sperm.

Some one listened in biology. Totally correct a way to keep sperm at optimal temperature around 37 and controlled by the thermoregulatory system.

Yep, it's supposed to. The raising/lowering allows for optimal temperature to be maintained.
