only supplement i use are digestive enzymes to allow me to eat enough food,
most supplements are a rip off and it's much easier to get it from your diet.
If you're eating right you don't really need whey protein or casein or whatever it is.
Don't spend money on supplements, spend it on real food - that's gonna give better results. Not to mention the amount of marketing that goes with some stuff.
I'd prefer to eat 250g of chicken then drink two scoops of protein powder.

Yeah, Supplements will real play a vital role in weightlifting. Maintaining a good diet plan is always keeps us in a perfect conditions.

Whey protein after workouts, Casein protein for recovery during sleep (take it before going to bed or have a nice big glass of milk) oh and BCAA's help too :cool:
