Guy Bestfriends

Okay right now I don't really have one, but my weird activity is watching music videos, movies and best Guy friends in real life. I know its weirs and I don't want to be creepy but I think I do this cause it always makes me smile to think of brother like relationships like those and how I'd want one. I sometimes imagine scenes in my head with music of me and. bestfriend. is this normal? haha do any of you guys do this?

Wow, just like me, then, I do that a lot, really. I usually imagine scenes in my head with me and another guy who would be my bestfriend, not someone I know in real life, though, just some imaginary guy. And it's not weird, I think it happens because I don't have any guy friend, so it's just something that shows how much I need one.

Sometimes I think it was the fact I grew up for the first part of my life with my dad hardly around, and later had a best-friend relationship I completely ruined, which has left me longing for something to fill that void :what:

I don't do that myself, but it's normal to desire a close friend of the same sex. Guy best friends are relatable, the relationship is fulfilling, and you can connect in a way that you can't always do with a girl best friend. It's a normal desire and nothing to worry about.

I mainly have girls for best friends! Before this, though, I felt that way sometimes. I used to hang out with my guy friends a lot. I have like 2 or 3 now.

Yeah, I'd say it was normal. I have a whole group of male friends, all I'm quite close to. I'm the baby of the group and they all look after me and my closest best friend is now my boyfriend. You just have to stay clear of feelings between the two because it can potentially ruin relationships but I prefer to be around boys than girls.
