So 15 and a half and I feel unmature. I have a decent amount of pubes (not adult amount), some pit hair, a tiny amount of facial hair, and am fairly tall, 5'10". But my dick is only 4.5 inches and no happy trail. When will I grow/mature?

We all grow different parts at different times and rates. You still have a few years to grow. There's no way of telling when or how much your dick or happy trail will grow, but it will happen.

Yes,you will.All Guys start and stop puberty at different times.You still have a few years to go.However,penis size comes from genetics.There is no way to make it grow other than letting it grow naturally.
