One of my friends is moving to Canada in the Christmas Holiday. Me and 3 other girls decided it would be nice to say goodbye to her in a proper way. She loves sushi and my other friends picked a restaurant.. Which is way to expensive for me(i can barely afford it, and i'm currently saving money). I have already told my friends, but they have decided it will be this particular restaurant.. i don't know what to do:(

Try to explain the situation to them. Maybe they don't understand the point you are trying to make. Hope this helps. :-)

It's a tricky situation, I would maybe try to find another, cheaper sushi place and suggest it to them and explain to them that you are saving, and it would mean a lot to you if they could change restaurants.
I don't know anything about your financial situation or that of your family, but if it means a lot to you, would it be possible to ask your parent(s) for a bit of help, you could try to turn it into an early holiday/birthday present.
