Well after almost 3 long years I have decided to tie myself down, we both are about to finish college soon with great jobs lined up. And from the bottom of my heart I know that I love her, any advice?

Advice on love and life together and all that or just on the proposal?
Because the proposal is up to you. You know her. You know what she likes, and how to make her smile. Figure out something creative, though. For example, if she likes to read, get one of her favorite books and cut a ring-sized hole inside, so when she opens it, bam. Just get creative, and make it special for her.
Advice on all the rest? Communication. Talk to her. You've been together three years, so I'm sure you already know how important that is. Also, don't forget that being in love isn't just involuntary. Maybe falling in love was, but keeping it alive and well takes work. Hard work, everyday. Never give up. People don't fall out of love, they stop working on love.

Whether or not you're ready to propose, or if she's ready to accept a proposal, is up to you to decide. Take a lot of time to plan it, and turn it into something really special and creative if you do decide to propose to her. You guys are young, and while young marriages often do work out, I would probably wait until after you've both tried those big new jobs, to see if you can really make time for each other or if you still have the same priorities after you start working.

Make her favorite food, or take her to her favorite restaurant. My dad gave my mama llama a teddy bear with a ring in its arms... Maybe you could do something cute like that. And by the way, i'm a colorado guy too!!! Colorado for the win!!!!!!!!! And congratz by the way!
