Well my penis hasn't grown yet and I'm 15 but I got facial hair at mid 14 and armpit hair early 14 although I don't think I've gotten much more armpit hair sense then I do have a few long hairs on my chin. Man I'm going through puberty slowly arnt I.

I got a full bush of pubes at age 12.Then at age 13 my penis grew to 5.7 inches from 3.5 inches when I was 12.Now,I have thick and curly armpit hair and I am starting to get really short and fine facial hair on my lower lip.
