Is it bad for my sack to do this?

Lately, my scrotum has been tight for long periods of time and I assure you it is not because it is cold. It is quite warm here. What could this mean? Is it normal for it to be held up like that for a long time? How about the opposite, is it normal for someone's sack to be hanging freely for long periods of time?

If it helps, I jerk off once every couple of days. Does anybody else experience something like this? Does it mean I jerk off to much or too little?

By "tight" do you mean just in general or is it all "tensed-up" as if it is stimulated?
