I would suggest visiting a doctor for this, if it's every day then it is an issue that needs a qualified medical professional to look at. Nosebleeds aren't usually serious anyway, but because it's a high frequency it can lead/be caused by other things that may be serious.

Could be due to a lot of factors, but I'm going to go out on a limb and blame it on the weather. Seeing as you live in London, the weather is probably changing to more winter conditions this time of the year. Basically, when you use artificial means of cooling/heating such as a heater or an air conditioner, the mucous membranes in your nose begin to dry up, and become extremely fragile, to the point that even brushing your nose can lead to a nosebleed. As for your dizziness and headaches, it's basically the same thing. Your sinuses and ears are getting banged up pretty bad, getting used to the colder weather, and this can produce the symptoms you are currently experiencing. However, if you continue experiencing these symptoms for a few more weeks, I'd suggest consulting a medical professional, just to be sure.

I agree with Austin, your sinuses are probably all screwed up, and if you have any allergies, the weather will have them all in a tizzy as well. I know mine are awful this time of year, and I get the nosebleeds and bad headaches too. Go to the doctor, and if that's what it is, they will probably put you on some prescription nose spray and maybe even some antibiotics to help you get on your feet. If it's been going on for a whole month, I'm sure you've go a full blown sinus infection, and bless your soul those suck, they can last forever and there isn't much to do besides let them run their course. Definitely go visit a doctor though, just in case.

I believe it's probably the weather, when I was a kid, always in the winter I would get nasty nose bleeds, the inside of your nose becomes more dry, cracked, brittle, etc, seeing a doctor won't hurt so if you think it cold become an out of habit thing, be sure to see one.
