could be you're just not noticing it. Virtually, puberty starts messing with your body when you're about 12 years old, and it tends to stop when you're 20-21 years old.

Why do you care if it grows or not? you should be happy with whatever size it is. If your worried about girls making fun of it or whatever, ones that properly like you just wont care. a lot dont anyway. as long as you can please a girl/boy with it and yourself, then dont worry about size, bigger isnt always better

Well I was 5 inches when I was 13. I am 17 now and I grew to be 6 inches. It all depends on your body.
