So a lot of the guys at my school have six packs and I'm kinda jealous. I can kind of see abs, but is there any way I can get a more visible six pack?

Work out your abs. If you're asking this question. thinking thar someone will give you a magical answer to getting them immediately you're not going to find it. The best way is to eat right and working out, for eating right it does not mean diets, it means you have 3-4 meals a day and cut off sodas store bought juices and junk food. Eat a lot of meat drink whole milk and eat any vegetable really and lots of water. As long as you do enough workout to counteract the amount of food you're eating you can. will gain muscle but trust me you will have to eat right and workout and keep working at it because muscle is like yourself it grows and develops over time. If you are looking for a more easy or fun way to go about working out than going to the gym alone and working out (which I hate) join a sport. and most sports do help, but I don't mean things like golf and stuff it has to be a sport that uses muscle instead of brains.

90% of abs are made in the kitchen, it depends very heavily on your body fat% and where you naturally carry your weight. For me, i have to get very lean before my abs start to show. Realistically no amount of situps will give you a six pack, theres no such thing as spot reduction of fat - you lose fat by eating less calories than you burn. If you're soul goal is to get a six pack, you're better off doing cardio for 30 mins, than doing core exercises for 30 mins. Obviously along with a good diet, and not one of those 'good diets' that are promoted by most fitness magazines or baloney nutritionists
