so im now in senior year and many people says im changing. my friends (they keep teasing me) , classmates (they also tease me the same), my family (yeah they noticed somethings off too.).

so the problem is im acting "autistic" the way i speak im like drunk i have some serious anger issues when im angry i just needed to punch or destroy something
last few days i punched my friend right in the mouth and its like my reflexes just did it i never thought of doing it and i just ran the hell out of there.I know myself that something is also changing i just dont know how to change, i dont know how do i act normal again, classmates are saying that "hey dude your not the same when in freshman and the past years what happend to you?" .and also my teacher is noticing that somethings off with me too, he is my junior teacher and he talked to me last week about im always not in class like im "mentally absent" yea i know what he is talking about i just dont know why, when in class im always distracted. like when the teacher is talking about step 1 then i will get distracted then when i "woke up" he is already in step 4. yeah i dont know whats happening to me with the autism aspects , distractions??, anger issues, so do i need to have therapy and take meds?

Acting "autistic" is a loose term.
Slurred speech as if drunk is not a symptom of autism that
I have heard of. But it does sound like something else might
be wrong with you neurologically. This does not sound like something
people should be joking around about - it sounds like something serious to me.
It is time to stop playing around and take this seriously and get to a doctor right away.

^ I have to agree with the above :(
I'm really sorry you're going through this, especially in your final year of high school. People around you might be joking, but if you talk to them or your parents about in in a serious manner and tell them you're worried, that would be best. Try to talk to your doctor and see what they recommend. They might refer you to a different doctor like a neurologist. I hope everything turns out okay!

I agree. This sounds dangerous. I'd see a neurologist ASAP.

Do see a neurologist. This very much reflects a neurological issue. I ended up with an unspecified neurological problem(s) after a serious head trauma in an accident. Its changed lot about me. Its still under examination by my neurologists.

Its very common. Did you ever get hit hard or knocked out or a concussion? I know a guy who got a minor concussion and developed a neurological disorder several months later very similar to your description directly related to the trauma.

Its also signs of other things like a tumor, imbalance or spontaneous development of a neurological disorder and possibly epilepsy but a Nuro has to look into any of that.

Do ask your doctor to send you to one. This is serious any way you cut it.
