I'm going to be all Hipster and say none of them even come close to Niko Bellic.

But out of the three Michael was the only one I identified with. Trevor was just fucking mental for no reason and Franklin was just well shite

Franklin is a homie but Michael is the character I most associated with.

Trevor just pissed me off the entire game.

I dislike them all, although Trevor is the funniest. At the end of the game, Trevor didn't particularly want Michael dead whereas Michael wanted Trevor dead, so it shows he had a bit of conscience.

I think the problem with 3 characters is that I couldn't relate to them or learn about them easily, as there wasn't much time to develop each one in the story, and unlike a 'wing man' like Roman, they didn't really have a funny act to go along with them. I liked the character Niko, I felt sorry for his past life, and would like to learn more about him.

It seems Trevor explains his past a little too awkwardly. It seems to come really fast and it doesn't really leave room for you to have emotional attachment, though I do really love Trevor.

I think the "Roman" of this series is Michael's son, Jimmy. The awkward and aspiring personality Jimmy has actually makes me really laugh, because I see how much he wishes to be like his dad.

Michael had to be the best of the three because he actually seemed to have a proper fully fleshed background and character to him unlike franklin and Trevor who felt more like side characters to me.

Trevor was irratating and did things in the story that you would think his character wouldn't do. Franklin just seems pointless most of the time to be perfectly honest and his lack of courage to cut ties with the stupid idiot Lumar is just annoying...

Depends on my mood. If I wanna fuck shit up, then I go with Trevor. If I want to be dignified or just drive around, I choose Michael.

Although, if I'm in a mood to cause chaos nothing beats Trevor. Franklin, he was an average GTA character I thought in all honesty - he was your basic gang kid living in LS, unlike the likes of Niko with his immigrant history etc.

Yeah, I honestly kind of hated Michael initially. Over time, I started feeling really bad for him, especially after his family left and he got kidnapped by those Chinese gangsters. I still think what he did to Trev and Brad was fucked up, but as the game went on I began to understand. By the end of the game I really loved him, but Trevor's still the best :D
