I am now totally comfortable infront of other guys in the locker room. Idk why but it feels exilerating.but a few kids laughed at my penis size because u was soft, I am like 3.4" soft and 6.1 hard, as you can see soft is twice as small so they only saw the small part of me. I am 15

We don't have to in our school but if we did I would have to change in a corner because I would be hard! If other people were doing it and they were hard I would be more comfortable.

Stop letting them get to you. You are right on the average while soft. Now erected you are above average (5.4 for 15yrs old) so next time remember that fact.
