It depends on the friend and how close you are. I have one friend that i tell everything to...much much more than penis size (i.e. jacking off, cum, all that jazz). However, I have other close friends that it would be really weird to talk about that with. So you know your friend, and if you feel comfortable, go for it!

I'm 4" and everyone has laughed when I have told them my size, the ones that didn't laugh thought that I was just joking and then when they found out it was true then they laughed, but it's just a natural response I think, they get over it

I get depressed about my size and that makes me feel I have to tell someone. Also I do think his soft size is about mine.

If you're depressed about it then telling your friend about it is probably the last thing you should do. You don't want to risk him telling you you're small, laughing, etc. That would totally kill your confidence even more.

i think it would all depend on how you went about saying it or bringing it up, i mean if you just walk up to him and say "dude my dick is 3.4 inches" it might be a bit awkward, but if you and him were having a serious trustworthy conversation i dont think it would be that big of a deal. If he is asking you about it then he has an interest somewhat but if you just openly offer him information he may not want to know that is when he would use it against you or make fun of you. But dont worry about your size even if you do tell him, tell him with confidence let him know you are not ashamed of your size and that you fully realize you are still in the middle of puberty and still growing.

Honestly it's up to you, but with a penis that small I'd probably keep it a secret, just because it may slip. If you tell it to a friend, and this friend tell someone else, it'll spread. If your friend and you get in a fight, it'll be good dirt on you, so unless you really want to, you should probably keep it a secret.
