In the locker room I am always hard before gym class when all the guys are changing. I notice that not a single other guy has a boner. Is it just that they hide it well or am I the only curious guy in my school or do they have penises so small that their bonkers don't show?

my gym many don't hide-sometime im surprised.
I would say the others hide it. if u feel awkward
pull ur bonker up and tuck it under ur waist band.

Try that. We have to jog every day and when I jog, it falls out. I swear, it's like they don't even have penises

Some people don't get bonersas much as others. I get boners on a daily basis while my friend gets them very rarely. Maybe they just don't grt boners at the site of boys in underwear.

Yeah, they do. Kids have even stood talking to each other in nothing but briefs and they never got hard. The whole class was staring and I assumed that most of them were hard but they were all hiding it. The 2 kids got in trouble, it was really funny . . .

ya a jockstrap or tight boxer briefs is good. The jock will actually give you more freedom for running and is a lot cheaper to buy.

They are probably more or less all curious but they keep themselves occupied and/or have learnt how to hide their erections, I'm always turned on in the changing rooms but I don't get erections, you should try and hide it or tense your thighs and the erection should go away
