Hey Gliderman, spent most of my time in a cessna 172 and the Grob Tutor and a little gliding in the Vigilant with air corps :)

And lots of time in FSX! lol :D

What about you?

I also have lots of time in FS2004 lol. I still fly online regularly! Tell me if you also do, then we can fly together a bit :D. I have most of my time in a Ka-7 and Twin Astir. I am converting to a JS-1 Revelation next year, they are produced in my hometown! I am busy with my PPL on a Cubby, a 75% replica of a Piper Cub, with a Volkswagen engine... Happy landings!

How much would it cost for me to get my PPL? I have looked about before and it seems ridiculous!

Although I have looked at doing a 'Sport Licence'...

Here in South Africa the cost for a PPL would be about R60 000 (£ 6 000). Rather go for the sport license, it is much cheaper :D. Or finish your glider license first, you learn more in one hour of training than 10 hours in a powered plane. And you get discount on hours flown for the PPL so it saves money.
