Chest hurts when I run

Why does my chest hurt sometimes when I run, but when I swim fast I never have it hurt? My head hurts sometimes if I forget where I'm at in the pool and run into the side LOL

Could be lots of things from not serious to very serious.

how does it hurt? what areas? Does it feel muscular or in your lungs?

I get cramps in my ribs from running a tiny bit or even just walking a lot, but not dancing. It's very strange, but I don't think it's a big deal. Maybe you have that as well?

It most likely is that when you are running there is lack of oxygen/water reaching your lungs. Nothing bad.

maybe its because running exausts you more than swimming? surely you can't do both sports with the same intensity. I assume you rest less when you run and swim in shorter intervals and therefore you dont reach the same level of exaust compared to running
