Embarrassing issue!

Well when i was younger i never drank and so this made my bladder what people compared to the size of a tennis ball and they wanted it to be a (English) football, so slowly i started drinking more and now i drink a litre or more a day!
But i have noticed since i have done this even though it has been a few years now, like 2-3, other than needing to pee more often, gaugh this is embarrassing! Well i have an issue with leaking, like i don't feel like i need to pee and i usually don't feel it coming out, but when i change my underwear that afternoon/the next morning, it has a wet patch from urine and sometimes a stain from semen :/
The same happens as well with faeces but that is more rare, I wipe well for that one till nothing comes out on the toilet paper, and for the pee/semen one, I always make sure it has all came out, shake well and i normally always wipe with a tissue to make sure it is dry, but no matter what i do this always seems to happen!
So is there anything i can do to stop this? As like i have said a few times haha, it is embarrassing and just makes me feel uncomfortable when i go to get changed and i can only ever wear dark underwear -_-

Uncontrollable discharge. This is normal in older people, so you may want to go ask a doctor about it because it's not very common at your age, I don't think.

u didn't say what u drink. I would start controlling how
much u drink-that might fix it.

I have never heard of those two symtoms together. Given the link I do wonder if the pelvic floor muscles are involved in some way but I don't know. Here are a couple of links to relevant articles. Other than that I can only recommend you consult a doctor.
