A few days ago I discovered how sensitive my nipples are while wanking. Is this common, or am I the only one with such sensitive nipples?

If I were u I wudnt worry coz I went to the doctors from my nipples being a bit bigger than normal and sore to the touch. It is a change that happens during ur adolescent ages and it basically is a fat gland build up behind your nipple. It is shaped like a disc underneath the skin and sometimes get bigger over time. However, this isn't always the case. Maybe it is best to check it out if my description doesn't match what your condition is like. PM me if u need to though :)

Totally normal, mine have been sensitive / tender at times - also they are not both sensitive at the same time. It comes and goes, think its part of the process of growing :rolleyes:
