Hello to anyone that reads this post.

I recently discovered this site, and signed up five minutes later. It seems like a really good support service that teens should be aware of.

I am seventeen, about to enter Year 12 (last year of high school in Australia, well Victoria). I like computers a lot, almost too much. I really like computer games and have recently begun learning to program. Currently I am learning to develop for the Pebble, an Epaper Smartwatch that I really like. It will run you $150 if you want one and can find one here (http://getpebble.com). It isn't as full featured as the new watches coming out, like the Galaxy Gear, but can last a lot longer. Up to seven days.

Anyway, enough preaching. I also play the alto saxophone, and have done so for almost nine years. What else do I say in an introduction. Oh, I also have started writing some stories, but none are anywhere near slightly finished. If I do make anything good, it'll be on here (http://werdsmith.com/fieryaleeco).

Oh, one major thing I have missed is that I have Type 1 Diabetes, and have had it for about as long as I have played the sax. (9 years last November) I am currently using the Medtronic Veo Insulin Pump. I really like it. If anyone has any questions about Diabetes, I'd be happy to answer them. Please don't ask me if it is contagious, how "strong" it is, and when I'll grow out of it (it's chronic). These questions really annoy me and I may have to hire an assassin to dispense the askers of these questions. Also, if I catch you saying you are "Hypo" when you are talking about being super energetic, I will probably throw you to a shark. (I can explain how diabetes works if anyone's interested, but might make a new topic for that, wherever it fits best.

That's pretty much it. I am looking forward to joining this awesome community.
Thanks!
