I give you the choice of choosing between 3 doors. One of the doors has the prize and the other two have nothing.

You are allowed to pick one of the doors, but don't open it yet.
I will then choose to reveal one of the other two to show that it is empty.
You then have one more chance to choose. You can open the one you chose earlier, or you can open the other one. Which do you open?

The door on the right.
no the question is do you choose the door you first picked, or do you switch your answer to the other door?

hmm ;)
well there's a good reason to choose one over the other.
What's the chances that the prize is under one over the other?

Um I guess the chance of me picking the wrong door the first time
is twice as much as me picking the right door the first time. So it
seems like I would maybe have better odds by switching.

There is actually 2/3 chance of getting it right by switching and a 1/3 chance of getting it by staying.

Okay so that means I made the right choice. Cool.
Maybe I picked that up from my grandpa having been a Vegas card dealer :yeah:
