I'm cut and that doesn't happen to me. Do you use lube? Maybe it wasn't a complete circumcision. It's not bad, it's just unusual.

I think it means that you do not have a tight circumcision.
There is a little bit of foreskin left. Which means you got a good deal.

Like Ezra said above, you are just cut loosely. Some of us that are cut don't have that luxury. Like penis's, every circumcision is different. Some doctors are more snip happy than others I guess.

Oh, yeah. It happens to me, too. Do you like it, is that why you're worried about it? And yes, I'm cut, it just means that you have a looser circumcision. Mine does the same thing, and it's easier to beat off with it like that.

Same happens to me. It doesn't go all the way up to cover the glans but allows for more movement. Like they have told you it's called loose circumcision.

Yeah, it's normal. It's like a "half circumcision". I'm cut but without any skin left.
